Now that the new GDPR legislation has become active, it may be wise for posters to review the terms of using the Argyle Talk Democratic (ATD) forum.

ATD is an independent forum for people interested in Plymouth Argyle Football Club. The site is independently run on a volunteer basis.

ATD are not responsible for messages and images posted. No responsibility is taken for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, nor are we responsible for the contents.

A team of volunteers act as Moderators for the site and have the ability to edit and remove content. The Moderators are also able to restrict the activity which user accounts can perform, or where necessary ban them from the site. By using the site, you agree that the Moderators can take such actions against your account where deemed necessary and with no prior notice. Attempting to use a duplicate account to circumvent any restrictions or ban is forbidden.

Messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this website. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact one of the Moderators.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this website to post any material which is knowingly defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you, this forum, or if you have obtained the permission of the content owner. All material shared must be credited to the original owner.

Our software uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. The IP address which you browse from is logged and these records are kept for a period of 180 days to assist with any technical troubleshooting that may be required or to assist in the detection of SPAM posters.

Should you wish to remove your account, all posts you have made will remain. Your username will be removed and replaced by an anonymised name. You can delete your account yourself or ask one of the Moderators to do it for you.

Upon registration, users are required to opt-in to receive e-mail communication from ATD. Users who do not opt-in will still receive operational e-mails such as those required to confirm the address for registration or to be advised of a password reset. Existing members can use the 'Account Settings' page to change their preferences.
