No seriously I'm well into my wild swimming or "swimming" as we used to call it when we were kids.

Tiz bleddy muggy already mheeett. Cloudy, muggy and 27 already out here on the moor and it's only 10:30

Went shopping, Aldi, Tesco then petrol.

Bit cooler today, maybe the news will not waste another hour telling us how hot it was, we know we were there FFS!

Surprised they didn’t blame Brexit or covid!

Feckin news does my head, it used to be all about strictly, then Brexit, then Covid, then Ukraine now it's the heatwave, they are like toddlers FFS!

FFS, sweating my cobbleros off wrestling with a cheap nasty flat-pack wardrobe. Never again!

Bleddy freezing now may have to put my jeans back on.

Never been to Malta meant to be lovely enjoy.

Spent an hour there whilst plane refueled in my RAF days......just saw it through a window.

Lucky you. Currently in a stationary M5 queue, heading back from Coldplay last night.

Bit of a marmite Island, Malta. I like it though.

You could of got pisa in Rome....no need to go to Florence.

Pleasantly cool this morning with light rain, hopefully all the news programs will STFU about the sun being out for once. Could do with some thunderstorms the fields really need a good drink.

Still hot and sticky and very dry here in NW Kent.

Really muggy and misty today in Devon. Had a good morning foraging got about two pounds of field mushrooms which are cooking up into soup as we speak then a couple of pounds of really incredible blackberries which have gone in the freezer then picked a couple of pounds of runner beans and a couple of pounds of tomatoes, obviously the latter two came out of the garden.
Whilst picking the mushrooms, which were growing in a very public place, one guy asked "can you eat them?" And then another old guy walked past with his eyes wide open and waving his hands around saying "trippppyy maaaannnn!" Some strange folk about.
