Too many people in there for non payment of fines and growing weed whilst burglary has been de criminalized.

One of my mates bheys has been in and out of nick for the last twenty odd years, all drug related and his folks have begged and begged for treatment yet cuts mean prison is the only available "treatment" he gets.
