Damon Lenszner has in his hand a letter!

"Please be reassured that liquidation is not an option for Guilfoyle/P&A. I have taken legal advice which states that there is a legitimate legal challenge to the threat of liquidation where a viable alternative exists and that alternative provides the creditors with a better return than liquidation would.

The viable alternative that ofers creditors a better return is the James Brent Contingency Plan.

Should anyone require proof of this advice I would be happy to email them the correspondence. The information comes from a senior partner of the London office of a worldwide firm."

Oh dear....

Perhaps Damon's crack legal team could also fully explain the "viable contingency plan"!

I would imagine that James Brent (or whoever) could get an injunction to prevent liquidation if things went that far. But the injunction wouldn't last long and would not guarantee success - it just buys time.

But legal advice is just that. Advice. Guilfoyle knows the law as well as any senior partner of a London office of a world wide firm.

Well, it's good to know whenever the end of the World is at hand, Damon Lenszner is there to carry us through .....in a world reknowned sort of way .... Laughing

The poor luvs on Pasoti are getting hot under the collar about other bids appearing to jostle with gentleman Jim.
Well, Uncle Chris, the answer is obvious, Pasoti Trust should recomend to the staff and players not to defer or waiver again on 12 september ... that will certainly take care of any more Johnny Come lately/Abe/pre pack 2 and force the pace .... won't it. What with all the hard work gone on in the background the rescue plan must be the only party ready to just walk on in ... sorted. cat

Christmas is coming.

That's no good PP. Could mean the end of the club. Can't the players and staff just do 'play on the day' and 'away games' only?

lol!
I still think we haven't seen the magnificence yet of the full blown Ridsdale Big Society.
Maybe we could get a young offenders' team together, guys to play, gals to man the turnstiles, P and A to bank the takings.

Christmas is coming.... what will you get in your bucket ?
