Looks to be going to QPR, pending medical/personal terms.

http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11711/11011724/qpr-agree-deal-to-sign-david-wheeler-from-exeter

Undisclosed fee although Exeter are bandying about £500,000 which seems a hell of a lot for a 26 year old that has never played above the 4th tier.

QPR fans I know seem resigned to it being the sort of signing that says much about where they are now, although remain hopeful he can make the step up. I'm seeing another Harley and whooever that other bloke was that supposed to be a world beater went to Swansea then disappeared (genuinely forgotten)

These premier clubs can easily afford to make mistakes likes Grimes. The more they are mugged, the better. Let's sell them anything they'll fall for ..... apart from the real gems. It's a game of odds to them, acquire one useful cheap player, at the expense of five losers. They have so much money, it really doesn't matter to them, given the comparative sums concerned. What's Swansea's budget for the next, say, 4 years ?.... half a billion ? at least.

Possibly not quite premiership standard. However, when I've seen him play he seemed at cut above anyone else in the team. I'd have him back pronto if it were possible.
