He also likes to jump when he smells things aren't going well. Let's not forget the $50 billion losses at Citi just months after he bailed out. As global real estate guy for Citi group, the sub prime disaster was nothing to do with him of course. I think the final bill for the American taxpayer was in the region of $2 trillion !!
