I have been listening to LBC all day and they had the South African doctor who discovered Omicron on the Tom Swarbrick show. She maintained that the variant is mild and the UK is over reacting.

I've kept poultry for years and this is nothing new in fact last year we all had to keep all our birds in all winter. It always comes over in migratory birds but the have been no cases to my knowledge of it affecting humans.

One would be foolish to ignore or trivialise Covid. But this, for me, sums up the current disastrous position we find ourselves in with other conditions, i'e cancer, depression, mental illness etc.

Just been for my booster and it was heaving up Home Park - inside anyway. They are doing bookings and walk ins but , the volunteers are doing a great job in getting the jabs done as quick as possible.
